Work with Gateway Foundation Works
We book foundation inspections and repairs across the St. Louis area for local crews. If you're good at this work, we'd like to hear from you.
Gateway Foundation Works is a booking and marketing service. Homeowners reach us, and the work goes to independent foundation contractors who run their own crews. So there are two ways in: as a contractor taking booked jobs, or as a worker the contractors may hire.
What we look for
- Contractors who arrive when they said they would, measure before they price, and explain the cause before selling a fix
- Proof of registration with the Missouri Secretary of State and a current certificate of liability insurance, plus workers' compensation where your crew size requires it
- Experience with pier systems, wall anchors and braces, crack injection, interior drainage or concrete lifting
- Comfort pulling permits with the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and the town offices around them
- For crew roles: laborers who can dig and backfill neatly, installers who've run hydraulic pier gear, and leads who can keep a job tidy and a homeowner informed
- A clean safety record and your own way to get to job sites
